Therapy
Therapy offers a space to be with yourself in a different way — to make sense of your experiences, explore what’s been feeling hard, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
You might be feeling stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by emotion, or unsure of how to move through a transition. Or maybe you’re simply curious to understand yourself more deeply.
Whatever brings you here, therapy is a space to slow down, be met with curiosity and compassion, and explore what’s may be beneath the surface.
Together, we’ll work at your pace, making sense of your experience and gently creating space for more clarity, connection, and possibility.
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly under pressure?
Navigating relational challenges like breakups, disconnection, trust issues, or uncertainty about your current relationship?
Moving through a big life transition or identity shift?
Beginning to notice patterns in how you relate, especially in close relationships?
Struggling to manage conflict or maintain healthy boundaries?
Wanting to build deeper, more secure connections — whether with a partner, friends, or family?
Wanting to develop more self-trust, confidence, and inner stability?
Ready to start feeling more like yourself again, or discover who that really is?
Are You..
Therapy can offer you a supportive space to unpack these experiences — curiously, collaboratively, and at your own pace.
My Approach
Often, patterns live not just in the mind, but are also intertwined with the body, which is why I integrate somatic and nervous system approaches into my work.
My style is warm, curious, and collaborative.
My practice is integrative, drawing on attachment theory, parts work, somatic therapies, polyvagal theory and emotion-focused therapy.
I offer an integrative blend of:
Talk therapy – to support insight, self-understanding and integration.
Experiential processes – to access deeper, sometimes unconscious content to facilitate self-awareness and healing.Body-oriented therapy – to track and release emotions and trauma stored in the body, and regulate the nervous system.
Relational skill-building – to enhance your capacity for conscious communication, boundary setting, and navigating difficult relational dynamics.
WHAT TO EXPECT
How We’ll Navigate This Path Together
01
Book a FREE Intro Call
This is a chance for us to connect, chat about what’s bringing you here, and see if working together feels like the right fit. If it does, we’ll find a time for your first session and gently begin the process together.
02
Initial Session
The first session is a chance for us to settle in and get to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s brought you here and what you’re hoping for. I’ll also ask some questions about your life and experiences to help me understand the broader context of your story.
03
Collaborative Planning
Together we’ll co-create a plan that aligns with your goals and what feels most supportive for you. This shared understanding becomes the foundation for our work going forward.
04
Ongoing Sessions Together
Therapy tends to be most supportive when sessions are held regularly, but the pace is always guided by what feels right and sustainable for you. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that offers the steadiness and space you need to explore, reflect, and move toward your goals.

You're welcome to book a free 15-minute intro call first. It’s a chance for us to connect, chat about what’s bringing you here, and see if working together feels like the right fit. If it does, we’ll find a time for your first session and gently begin the process together.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, curious about your inner world, or wanting to improve your relationship with yourself or others, therapy can be a supportive space. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. You’re welcome to reach out to see if we could be an aligned fit first.

If possible, we recommend clients beginning with weekly sessions, as this consistency helps build momentum and create a strong foundation for the work.
That said, the frequency is tailored to what’s sustainable and supportive for you. Some people move to fortnightly or monthly sessions over time, while others prefer to stay weekly for deeper or ongoing work.
We’ll decide together what feels right, based on your needs, goals, and what life looks like for you right now.

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential, with a few legal exceptions. We can talk through confidentiality and its limits during your first session.
-
Sessions typically involve talking through what’s present for you — thoughts, emotions, patterns, memories — in a safe, confidential space. Depending on your needs, we may explore somatic awareness, relational dynamics, or experiential processes to support deeper healing and insight.
-
No, you don’t need a Mental Health Care Plan or a GP referral to see a Counsellor or Psychotherapist. You can book directly with me, saving the time and cost of a doctor’s visit.
While a Mental Health Care Plan typically offers up to 10 subsidised sessions per calendar year, it can still leave you with a similar out-of-pocket cost. Working together privately means you're not limited by session caps or diagnostic requirements, and we can focus on your needs at your own pace.
